Job Board User Agreement

1. Introduction

5. Communication and Marketing

By agreeing to this Agreement, you consent to WR Resourcing Ltd contacting you from time to time. This includes being added to our client contact list and receiving communications about job opportunities, marketing campaigns, and other relevant updates. You can opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each communication.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the job board, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of WR Resourcing Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

[Recruitment Company] is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the job board or any content, services, or products obtained through the job board. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangibles.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the job board, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users of the job board, us, or third parties.

9. Changes to the Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the job board after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK.
